Motivation and willpower are good starting points, but these things are prone to fail. Momentum is the force suited to helping you achieve your goals. In order to create that momentum it is crucial to ask yourself “Why?”. Realizing your “Why” is one of the most powerful tools in your arsenal as it doesn’t rely on motivation or willpower.

Good days or bad, the momentum will be there to carry you through and keep you on track. This is a foundational principle that will be built upon as we progress through the weeks allowing you to truly find your driving force.
